My neighbour has one of those (minus the M Sport) and all they do is bitch about how slow and cramped it is.

Not going to lie I’ve definitely thought about doing this, although not for a BMW. But stupid ‘murica will still make you pay taxes even if you don’t set foot on US soil or spend/earn a single US cent for the whole year unless/until you renounce your citizenship.

When I lived in Germany I had a five hour road trip that I didn't want to take in my E30 Touring so I rented a vehicle. I ended up getting a 118i M-Sport. Fun car. Most of the trip was on the Autobahn so it was mostly high speeds, would have loved to test it on some twisties but I didn't have the time. Fastest I hit was 235 kmph which is about 146 mph. Didn't want to go any faster as my wife was in the car and she wasn't a fan so I let off.

If we could get them in the states, I’d be saving for one right now instead of a BRZ. Though if we’re got that sweet hatchback concept Subaru teased us with a while back, I’d probably spring for that instead.
